Dr Jennifer Arnold-Levy
Human Performance Specialist

Jennifer is a human communication and performance specialist applying contemporary research in social neuroscience, linguistics, positive psychology and mindfulness based stress and energy management to help working women achieve exceptional interpersonal and personal effectiveness – in other words, be their best selves. Her learning programs and approach to executive coaching are shaped by the known link between organisational performance and communication effectiveness, emotional intelligence, employee engagement and worker health and wellbeing. Her work with senior managers focuses on achieving learning transfer to create behavioural change in their communication practice and self-leadership abilities to support them in developing organisational cultures that foster innovation, engagement and happiness at work.

Her clients have been diverse including major corporate entities such as Telstra, La Trobe University, the Australian Medical Association, The Royal Women’s Hospital, Target, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, the local government sector as well as smaller entities within the SME sector. As an Associate Consultant with the Australian Institute of Management since 2006, Jennifer continues to participate in the design of their leadership development and personal effectiveness programs providing regular services to their corporate clients.

Jennifer’s qualifications include a PhD, M. App. Sc, B. App. Sc (Speech Pathology), Cert IV Training and Assessment and a Cert IV Business and Personal Coaching, She also holds accreditations as a licensed Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner, certified trainer in the use of the Genos Employee Motivation Assessment, Mars Venus Executive Trainer, Decisionship Coach and is an accredited Full Circle 360 Feedback Consultant.
