Kylee Fitzpatrick
Manager of Change & Strategy Planning
News Corp Australia
Founder, TEAM Women Australia

With 23 years in Media & Marketing, Kylee is a respected leader with executive level experience in strategic planning, marketing and communication.  Returning to work after her third child in 2010, Kylee moved into a part-time role specializing in strategy development, operational consolidation, organisational architecture and transformation.

While some of her highlights include the development and launch of Body & Soul, Marie Claire, ELLE, Women’s Health and most recently News Local, she is most proud of her ability to enable people and organisations in their performance - helping them see the big picture, navigate complexity and develop strategic pathways that enable breakthrough results.

Optimistic and energetic on one hand, it's her practical, authentic and actionable approach that earns her the respect and trust of others. She thrives on challenging the dominant logic, has a real passion for enabling diversity, and transforming organisations into people-centred operations where collaboration, authentically creating opportunities for teamwork, and enabling free-and-open communication is a reality instead of a goal.

Inspired by generating new ideas and turning concepts into finished projects, in 2013 Kylee started-up a Not-For Profit organisation devoted to encouraging women and teenage girls to stand up for themselves and each other.  She is the producer and host of the 2014 Women Ignite Passion Series, ON THE COUCH: a unique live event that presents a stripped-back approach to storytelling bringing everyday Australians together with high-profile leaders. Revealing a diverse and contrasting picture of life, the program encourages unity, connection and courage.

Kylee is a proud wife and mother of William, Isabelle and Harrison; and is a passionate indigenous woman with a love of working with people as they reveal their own passion, power and purpose in life.

Her mission is to impact equality in the workforce; to transform workplaces into environments conducive to a better quality of life for men and women; and to put an end to suicide.

Becoming a member of Executive Women Australia, Kylee is seeking to develop relationships with like-minded women who are out to transform the future for our next generation of female leaders.
