Experienced HR/OD Leader

Roseanne is an HR/OD leader who brings a unique experience set to building and leading business units and teams, developing strategy and delivering outcomes to achieve business goals.

Her passion is helping complex organisations to find ways to work together with employees to maximise individual and team potential, and the company’s performance. She is particularly interested in the future of work, and building workplace culture and agility to enable commercial success in constantly changing environments.

During her career she has gained cross-sector executive experience in blue chip companies spanning large scale strategic change, talent and succession, organisational culture, people and performance, operations, diversity, inclusion and corporate affairs.

She brings key experience in business partnering, HR/OD strategy, policy development, talent and succession planning, leadership development, customer/stakeholder engagement, change management, employee engagement, organisational capability, diversity and inclusion, corporate communication and crisis management.

Her global industry experience has included working as a print and broadcast journalist in South Africa during Mandela’s presidency, as well as corporate HR project roles in North America and Hong Kong. In Australia, Roseanne has worked across the engineering, construction, aviation, finance and media sectors and is involved in not for profit work with Indigenous communities and organisations.

In joining Executive Women Australia, Roseanne is looking to engage with women across the spectrum of the business community to focus on shaping the workplace of the future in ways that enable opportunity for all.
