After an extensive career in financial services with senior roles in Sydney, Melbourne and Tasmania, Sally took a career break and resolved it was time for a change of direction. Sally pursued a career in the not for profit sector and in July 2011 was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of AccessEAP, an Australian owned not for profit provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Throughout her career in finance, Sally was passionate about customers and providing an exceptional customer experience. This passion, together with her drive for high performance and building strong working relationships, have enabled her to lead AccessEAP through a considerable change and growth period.

AccessEAP work in collaboration with their organisational customers to enhance workplace wellbeing. With customers in the health, education, manufacturing, mining, professional services, government and not for profit sectors, AccessEAP are very experienced in empowering individuals and supporting organisations to promote good mental health. Through organisational consulting, training, coaching and counselling services, AccessEAP facilitate organisations to create a positive workplace and increase productivity - hence improve the bottom line.

Sally was previously on the board of the Tasmanian Air Rescue Trust and is currently a board member of the Curran Access Children's Foundation and a member of the Finance Committee at Kogarah Golf Club.

Sally has a Bachelor of Business (Honours), Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Graduate of the AICD.
